Designed and built by the same team
Most interior projects in a landed house run into building work sooner or later. Move a wall, open up the kitchen, or turn the attic into a room, and you need an approval and a builder, not just a designer. We do the design and the building under one contract, so the plan you approve is the house you get.
Why Choose Us
The layout, the carpentry, the hacking, the wet works and the wiring all sit with us. You approve one design and hold one company to it, instead of refereeing a designer and a builder.
Most design firms hand you off to a builder the moment a wall or a beam is involved. We do not. We bring in the engineer, file the submission, and build it as part of the same job.
Attic heat, afternoon sun on the west wall, damp at the bottom of the house, the dry and wet kitchen split. Landed houses have their own problems, and we design around them instead of finding out later.
The carpenters, tilers, electricians, plumbers and painters work under us, on our schedule. We set the order, run the site and check the work, so you are not chasing five companies yourself.
Options
Plywood carcasses with laminate or veneer fronts. Plywood handles our humidity far better than particle board, which matters most in kitchens, bathrooms and anything against an outside wall.
For the dry and wet kitchen counters and the island. Both take heat, stains and scratches well, and need less looking after than marble.
Fewer grout lines and cool underfoot. Works indoors and out, so the same floor can run from the living room to the patio, with a rougher surface where it gets wet.
A layer of real timber on a stable base, so it moves less than solid timber in our damp. Warmer underfoot for bedrooms and the attic.
How It Works
Room by room, we go through what you want changed and what the structure, the pipes and the plot will actually allow. Free, and you owe us nothing afterwards.
The layout comes first, because that is what you live with. Then the materials, finishes and carpentry, shown as real samples you can hold rather than pictures on a screen.
You get proper drawings and a quote broken down line by line. If the design touches the structure or needs approval, we bring in the architect and engineer and file the submission for you.
Hacking first, then structure, then pipes and wiring, then floors, carpentry and paint. One supervisor runs the site, keeps the trades in order and keeps you posted.
We walk the finished house with you and write down every defect, however small. We close the list, clean up, and hand over with care instructions for the materials we installed.

Where We Work
We take on landed homes across the whole island. These are the estates we get asked about most often, each with notes on the houses and the access there.
Your estate not listed? It makes no difference to us. Tell us where the house is.

Add a room, a storey or an attic, or rework the whole layout. We bring the architect and engineer and handle the approvals.

Wardrobes and storage measured to your real walls, ceiling height and awkward corners, not a standard box with filler panels.

Hacking, plumbing, gas, tiling, electrics and carpentry, wet and dry kitchen both. Rebuilt around how your family cooks.
