A coating category with product-specific flexibility and exposure limits. It needs suitable preparation and should not conceal an unresolved crack or moisture problem.
Aluminium Batten Screens
Aluminium screens with a selected finish, support and fixing system. Coating durability, cleaning and corrosion protection are assessed for the property’s exposure.
Natural Timber Battens
Chengal, balau or treated hardwood. Warm and real, and it needs oiling every so often or it weathers to silver-grey. Some owners want exactly that.
Fibre Cement & Stone Cladding
Cladding selected with its support, fixings, drainage and adjoining details. Different panel and stone systems need their own structural and water-management design.

We come and look
We walk every side of the house with you. We check the plaster, the paint, the battens and the sealants, note which walls take the most sun and rain, and listen to what you want the house to look like. Free, and you owe us nothing afterwards.
We show you the options
Drawings of your own elevations, colour and finish options, and real samples you can hold against your own walls in your own light. You decide with the actual materials in hand, not from a catalogue.
We sort approvals and set up
If the work changes the outside of the house or adds something new, like a screen or a raised boundary wall, it can need written permission, and we handle that submission. Then we put up scaffolding, sheet over your windows, and protect the plants and cars before anything gets hacked.
We do the outside work
Repairs, cladding, screens, coating and external works follow the agreed sequence. We plan temporary access, parking and affected rooms with you, including periods when the porch or driveway cannot be used.
We wash down and hand over
Upper-level repairs, junctions and finishes are checked while access remains available, with photographs retained. After removal and cleaning, we walk the house with you, close out defects and hand over finish-care notes.
