A weathered house, brought back properly
Sun and rain age the outside of a house faster than anything inside it. Cracked plaster, chalky paint, stained walls and faded battens make a sound house look older than it is. We repair the walls, repaint, fit screens and cladding, and redo the boundary walls, driveway and lighting, all under one contract.
Why Choose Us
We pick the coatings, sealants, battens and fixings for constant sun, driving monsoon rain and year-round humidity, and for salt air if you live near the sea. What goes on a wall depends on which way that wall faces.
Scaffolding, plastering, painting, metalwork, electrical and driveway works all sit under us. You deal with one person running one programme, not six subcontractors pointing at each other.
Cracks, damp patches and blistering paint have a cause, and we find it before anything gets coated over. Painting over a live defect only hides it until the next monsoon brings it back.
A corner terrace with two exposed sides, a semi-detached with a shared wall, and a bungalow with a deep car porch each need a different approach. We plan the work around the walls you actually have.
Options
A flexible paint system that stretches over hairline cracks instead of splitting with them. Holds up to constant sun and resists the algae that stains ordinary paint.
Powder-coated aluminium in plain colours or wood-grain finishes. Keeps its colour, never needs oiling, and only asks for a wash-down. The right pick near the sea.
Chengal, balau or treated hardwood. Warm and real, and it needs oiling every so often or it weathers to silver-grey. Some owners want exactly that.
Boards or stone panels fixed on a frame that stands off the wall, with a gap behind for water to drain. Gives a flat plastered wall depth and texture.
How It Works
We walk every side of the house with you. We check the plaster, the paint, the battens and the sealants, note which walls take the most sun and rain, and listen to what you want the house to look like. Free, and you owe us nothing afterwards.
Drawings of your own elevations, colour and finish options, and real samples you can hold against your own walls in your own light. You decide with the actual materials in hand, not from a catalogue.
If the work changes the outside of the house or adds something new, like a screen or a raised boundary wall, it can need written permission, and we handle that submission. Then we put up scaffolding, sheet over your windows, and protect the plants and cars before anything gets hacked.
Loose plaster comes off and the wall gets repaired, then the cladding and screens go on, then the paint, then the outside works: walls, driveway, lights. We stage it so your front door and car porch stay usable.
The scaffolding comes down and everything gets a proper wash. Then we walk the house with you again, list anything that needs putting right, and leave you plain notes on how to care for each finish.

Where We Work
We take on landed homes across the whole island. These are the estates we get asked about most often, each with notes on the houses and the access there.
Your estate not listed? It makes no difference to us. Tell us where the house is.

Swing or sliding, motor matched to the weight of your gate. Open it from the car, or from your phone.

We trace where the water actually gets in and fix the cause. One proper job instead of a patch every monsoon.

We design your home and build it ourselves. Moving walls, wiring, beams and approvals are our job, not someone else's.
