We manage home upgrade projects end to end. You tell us what you want, we handle the planning, coordination, execution, and cleanup. Think of us as the team that makes it happen so you don't have to manage it yourself.
What happens if something goes wrong during the project?
We fix it. If work doesn't meet the agreed standard, we come back and make it right. Your agreement is with DirectHome. We're accountable for the outcome, not just the effort.
How do I know what my project will cost?
After the site visit, you'll receive a written quote with the full scope and timeline. No commitment required. Take your time, ask questions, compare with others.
Do you handle permits and government approvals?
Yes. For projects that require permits, such as lifts, pools, and structural changes, we handle all the paperwork, submissions, and inspections. You don't need to deal with any government offices.
How long do projects usually take?
Every project is different. The timeline depends on the scope, the complexity, and the condition of your home, so we won't quote a number before we've seen it. Once we walk your home and agree the scope, your quote comes with a specific timeline for your project.
Can I see your past work?
Yes. During your consultation, we'll show you completed projects similar to yours with photos. We can also arrange visits to finished projects if you'd like to see the quality firsthand.
