The dry kitchen faces the dining table and holds the island and the finishes people see, while the wet kitchen sits behind it, where the wok-frying and the washing up happen. We plan both together, then run the hacking, plumbing, wiring, waterproofing, tiling and carpentry as one job under one contract.

Two kitchens, planned as one job
The dry kitchen is where guests sit and coffee gets made. The wet kitchen handles the heavy frying and everything that comes with it. We plan both together, with a proper door and glazing between them, so the smell of a wok dinner stays at the back where it belongs.
A hood that can actually keep up
Heavy wok cooking needs a strong hood, a short duct run to an outside wall, and air coming in to replace what goes out. We fix the duct route before the cabinet layout is drawn, because the other way round is how you end up with a hood that looks good and does nothing.
Materials that survive the damp
The back of a landed house sits close to open air and monsoon rain. We use moisture-resistant carcasses in the dry kitchen and aluminium or stainless steel in the wet one, so a swollen cabinet door is not part of the deal.
One contract, one company to answer
Hacking, waterproofing, plumbing, wiring, gas, tiling, carpentry and stone all run under one contract with us. When the sink, the hob and the island have to line up, nobody gets to point at another trade.

Materials & Systems
Moisture-Resistant Plywood Carcass
The workhorse for dry kitchen cabinets. Takes laminate, veneer or spray finishes, holds screws well, and handles the humidity far better than particle board.
Aluminium or Stainless Steel Carcass
For the wet kitchen. It will not swell or fall apart around the sink or the wok hob, and it wipes clean after heavy frying.
Sintered Stone Worktop
Takes heat, sun and stains better than most. A good pick for islands and for worktops near an open rear kitchen or yard.
Quartz or Granite Worktop
Quartz for even colour and the widest finish range. Granite for natural grain and heat tolerance, resealed now and then. Both need proper support and edge work at the sink cut-out.
How It Works
Our Process
We come and look
We measure both kitchen zones and check what is already there: where the water comes in and drains out, where the gas runs, what the switchboard can take, and which outside wall the hood can vent through. Free, and you owe us nothing afterwards.
We plan the layout together
We work through the dry and wet kitchen layout, whether an island makes sense, the appliances you want and where everything gets stored. You see and handle the actual carcass, door and worktop samples before anything is decided.
You get an itemised price
The quote lists demolition, plumbing and wiring, waterproofing, tiling, carpentry and stone line by line, so you can see what each part costs. If the job touches structure or adds floor area, we prepare the submission to the authorities too.
We build it
Hacking and disposal first, then the new plumbing and wiring, then waterproofing and screed in the wet areas, then tiles. Carpentry goes in after that, and the worktop is measured and cut against the installed cabinets, not the drawings.
We test it and hand it back
We check the water runs and the drains hold, test that the hood pulls properly, and have the licensed trades connect the gas and appliances. Then we clear the snag list, clean up, and hand the kitchen back to you.
